RAINBOW BREAKFAST BOWL W/ SPIRULINA YOGURT
Seriously, how good is fruit? What’s there not to love- its delicious, healthy, brimming with nutrients, easy to eat, accessible, affordable and eating with the seasons means there is always no fruit to enjoy as other ones move out of season for a time being. I love eating fruit for breakfast, but I also know that is I just eat fruit, I’ll be hungry again in just a couple of hours. So this bowl is the perfect solution- plenty of fruity goodness topped with coconut yogurt and extra superfoods to make it more substantial. You can substitute the fruits for your favourites or what you have access to also. Have fun and enjoy.
RAINBOW FRUIT BOWL WITH SPIRULINA YOGURT
Ingredients:
Serves 1
Method:
Chop all your fruit up and place in your bowl.
Mix the coconut yogurt in a cup with the spirulina until well mixed.
Top the fruit with the coconut yogurt and add the additional ingredients.
Enjoy!
If you would like to sweeten the coconut yogurt and spirulina mix, simply add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.
