If you’ve been following me for any amount of time, chances are you know I am a green smoothie addict! I’ve been making smoothies and smoothie bowls for many years now and never tire of them. Despite having them for so long, I love that they are so flexible in terms of ingredients, meaning its easy to always be creative and and come up with new flavours and combinations.
I always add superfoods to my smoothies for extra nutrition and health benefits. For a long time I’ve loved using Mana Blend as not only is it absolutely delicious and LOADED with nutrition, it means I can just use one simple product, rather than having to buy a dozen different superfoods!

MANA SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1 large frozen banana
- ¼ cucumber
- ¼ zucchini
- ½ orange
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 medjool date
- 1 heaped tablespoon MANA blend*
- ¾ cup almond or coconut milk
Simply add all ingredients to your blend and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency- it should be a little thicker than a regular smoothie.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings! Ive used goji berries, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds, hemp seeds, raspberries, tahini and edible flowers.
