CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER POPSICLES
Being in Bali means lots of long warm days. Of course, there are many wonderful things about living in a tropical climate. One of those things is that it is always popsicle weather! I’ve been whipping up lots of variations, usually just a simple combination of fruit and coconut milk- such as mango and coconut, or pineapple, passionfruit and coconut. With so many delicious tropical fruits, it is easy to create endless tasty combinations!
I wanted to make something a little tastier though and these chocolate peanut butter versions are so delicious! They only a handful of ingredients and take no time at all to make- the longest part is just waiting for them to freeze! Give them a try next time you need an icy cold treat.

Ingredients:
Simply blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into popsicle moulds. Place in the freezer until frozen solid. Allow to defrost slightly before eating for more flavour.
I drizzled these with a little melted dark chocolate for added decadence!
